Terms and Conditions – Ticket-Only Booking

1. General Information

1. These terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases made through ITO Sports – part of ITO Tours UK Ltd. (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please ensure you read them carefully before finalising your booking.

2. Ticket Purchase and Confirmation

2.1. All tickets are subject to availability and are only considered confirmed once full payment has been received.

2.2. Once payment is completed, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.

2.3. A valid ID may be required for entry to the event.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Full payment is required when booking unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Accepted payment methods include 

· Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

· PayPal with credit card facilities

· Bank Transfer

 3.3. All payments are final. No changes or adjustments can be made once the payment has been processed.

3.4. All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payments must be made in GBP, and any currency conversion fees are the purchaser's responsibility.

4. Ticket Collection

4.1. You will receive your tickets electronically.

4.2. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and accessible.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for event cancellation or rescheduling by the event organiser.

5.2. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you via email. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 28 days.

5.3. No refunds will be issued for missed events or late arrivals.

5.4. In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

6. Event Changes and Cancellations

6.1. The event organizers reserve the right to change the event's time, date, or location.

6.2. We are not responsible for any changes made by the event organisers, but we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.

6.3. We shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred due to event changes or cancellations.

7. Transfer of Tickets

7.1. Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for promotional purposes without the express written consent of ITO Sports – part of ITO Tours UK Ltd.

7.2. Any unauthorised transfer or resale may result in the cancellation of the tickets without a refund.

8. Entry and Conduct

8.1. Entry to the event is subject to the venue's rules and regulations.

8.2. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who do not comply with their policies.

8.3. Inappropriate behaviour or breach of the venue's policies may result in removal from the event without a refund.

8.4. Age Restrictions

• 8.4.1. Some events      may have age restrictions. You must ensure that you comply with any age      requirements specified by the event organisers.
• 8.4.2. Proof of      age may be required for entry. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid      passport or driving licence.

9. Liability

9.1. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.

9.2. We do not assume responsibility for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics.

10. Privacy

10.1. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available ITOtours Sports & Events (itosports.com).

10.2. We will only share your information with third parties if necessary for the completion of the booking process or as required by law.

10.3. Limitation of Liability

• 10.3.1. To the      maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection      with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the      tickets.
• 10.3.2. We shall      not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not      limited to loss of enjoyment or travel expenses.

11. Force Majeure

11.1. We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, or government actions.

12. Data Protection Compliance

12.1. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.itosports.co.uk/privacy-policy.

12.2. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12.3. We will only share your information with third parties if necessary for the completion of the booking process or as required by law.

13. Entire Agreement

13.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the purchase of tickets and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

14. Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws

14.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation.

15. Third-Party Terms

15.1. Your attendance at the event is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser and the venue. By purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

16.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

16.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Severability

17.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Modifications of Terms

18.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions anytime. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
